$150.00 - Initial Intake Appointment Billed to Insurance
$120.00 - Follow-Up Sessions (50-55 minutes) Billed to Insurance

$120.00  - Out of Pocket Fee for Initial Intake Appointment

$100.00 - Out of Pocket Fee for Follow-Up Sessions

Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

  • What is my coverage amount per therapy session?

  • Is there a limit to the number of sessions that are covered?

In-Network Insurance Plans

Matas Counseling Services is pleased to be in-network with the following insurance plans and will file your claims on your behalf:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Aetna

  • United Healthcare

  • Cigna

  • Oxford

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
We accept ComPsych EAP and MYGroup EAP. Check with your employer to see if you have EAP services.

**We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, check, debit, and major credit cards accepted for payment. HSA or FSA cards may also be used.

Cancellation Policy 
We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment in order to avoid a late cancellation or no-show fee. A $75 cancellation fee will be applied to your account for any sessions cancelled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled session. Appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours' notice will be charged the full rate of $120. If you no-show your appointment, a $120 fee will be charged. Insurance companies will not reimburse for missed appointments. Late cancels and missed appointments will be charged to the card on file.
